Michael received a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the Georgetown University School of Dentistry in Washington, D.C., before joining Tischler Dental in 1989. Mike love volunteering through my church, especially when Hes able to offer dental services to those in need. Mike donates my time and expertise through Denver Dream Center and provided dental services to Hope House of Colorado, Stout Street Foundation, and Father Woody’s Haven of Hope. He also donate dental hygiene products to local schools and shelters.
Mike followed my grandfather and older brother into dentistry and attended Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska for his Doctorate of Dental Surgery. While in dental school, he spent three months in the Dominican Republic as a student dentist, to provide care to the underserved. Casey Hayes started with Hayes Handpiece Company in 2003 as the owner of the Kansas City franchise. He then moved to Chicago in 2005 to develop the Chicago market for Hayes corporate and set up a Midwest repair operation and distribution center. As Vice President of Sales, Casey’s responsibilities include sales representative training, franchise education, customer service and territory development, and product education and sales.
Tom Stratton joined Implant Direct in January of 2013 as the Executive Vice President, Global Sales and Business Development. In December 2013 Tom moved into the role as President. He has 24 years of dental industry experience, and prior to Implant Direct, he was the president of DEKA Laser Technologies Inc. Dr. Richard Miron, BMSC, MSc, PhD, DDS, is a Post-Doctoral Researcher in the Department of Periodontology at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He completed his undergraduate degree in Medical Science and a Masters in Cell Biology at the University of Western Ontario in Canada, a PhD in Molecular and Cell Biology at the University of Bern, Switzerland and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Laval, Canada. He has previously performed numerous short stay post-doctoral research fellowships at the University of Wuhan in China in 2011, 2012 and 2014 and has since co-supervised numerous Master and PhD candidates as an external visiting scholar. He has recently been awarded many internationally recognized top young investigators awards including the Andre Schroeder Research Prize from the International Team of Implantology (ITI) (2016), the Robert Frank Award for Basic Research in Dentistry (2015), the International Association of Dental Research (IADR) Young investigator of the Year in the field of Implant Dentistry (2015), the Canadian IADR Hatton Award recipient (2015), and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry Young Investigator Grant Award (2014).

Dr. Daniel Domingue was born and raised in Lafayette, LA. He graduated from St. Thomas More in 1999 and went on to receive his Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and his DDS degree from the LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans.
While spending three years in advanced training at Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center in New York City, he served as Chief Resident of the Dental and Oral Surgery Department. His training included one year in Advanced General Dentistry and two years in Dental Implantology.
During these years, he was awarded the Certificate of Achievement from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry for outstanding leadership in Implant Dentistry, a Fellowship from the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and an Associate Fellowship of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Dr. Domingue was also awarded Diplomate from the American Board of Oral Implantology, the highest award possible for a general dentist practicing implantology. He was also recognized as the youngest recipient of this award in the entire world.
Dr. Domingue was later given a Mastership and Diplomate award from the International Congress of Oral Implantology for his outstanding work in Implant Dentistry. Dr. Domingue is a member of the American Dental Association as well as the Acadiana District Dental Association. He is also an active member of the American Academy of General Dentistry.
After completing his residency program, Dr. Domingue married the love of his life, Megan, in Denver, CO. They decided to move back to Louisiana to settle down, practice dentistry, and raise their family. On August 2nd, 2012, he and Megan were blessed with their first-born baby girl, Elle Ann Domingue.
After practicing for three years in Lake Charles, Dr. Domingue accepted an offer from his uncle, Dr. Smith, to become a partner in his practice. This proved to be a great opportunity for he and his family to move back home as well as to join his uncle’s practice and carry on a tradition established more than 30 years ago.
Dr. Domingue and his wife are excited to be back in Lafayette with family, friends, food, and the rich culture.
Dr. Reznick is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He received his undergraduate biology degree from CAL-Berkeley, dental degree from Tufts University, and his medical degree from the University of Southern California. He did his internship in general surgery at Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena and trained in oral and maxillofacial surgery at LA County - USC Medical Center. His clinical interests are in the areas of facial trauma, jaw and oral pathology, CT guided dental implant surgery, sleep disorders medicine, laser surgery and jaw deformities. He also has expertise in the integration of digital photography and 3-D imaging in clinical practice. Dr. Reznick frequently lectures at continuing education meetings, and has published articles in JADA, Journal of the California Dental Association, Oral Surgery-Oral Medicine-Oral Pathology, Compendium of Continuing Education in Dentistry, Dentaltown, CE Digest, CEREC Doctors Magazine, Implant Practice US, CAD/CAM Dentistry and Gastroenterology. His advice and comments are frequently seen in Dentaltown Magazine and on Dentaltown.com. He is an administrator of the Dentaltown message boards and a moderator of the oral and maxillofacial surgery section. He was also one of the first contributors to Dentaltown’s online CE. Dr. Reznick is one of the founders of the website OnlineOralSurgery.com, which educates practicing dentists and dental students in basic and advanced oral surgery techniques. Dr. Reznick is also a consultant to a number of manufacturers and suppliers of dental and surgical instruments and equipment, and is on the editorial advisory boards of a number of dental journals. He is the director of the Southern California Center for Oral and Facial Surgery in Tarzana, California.
Dr. Alfonso Pineyro was born and raised in Up-state New York. He received his training from Rochester Eastman Dental Center with a degree in Prosthodontists. He is trained in complex esthetics/cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Pineyro speaks fluently in Spanish and Italian. He is an avid sports fan, following baseball and soccer. Dr. Pineyro travels around the country teaching other dentists about implant dentistry. He enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter.
Timothy F. Walker, DDS, graduated from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 1985. From 1990-1995, he served as a dental officer in the U.S. Navy. He practiced dentistry privately from 1995-2009. He then had his residency in the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio Oral Maxillofacial Radiology (OMR) program and, in 2012, graduated with a certificate in OMR and an M.S. degree. Since 2012, he has held a full-time faculty position at Creighton and also has a private practice in OMR.
Dr. Siamak Abai is a graduate of Harvard University’s Advanced Graduate Education program in Prosthodontics with a master’s degree in oral biology and prosthodontics. He earned his DDS degree from Columbia University, followed by two years of Advanced Education in General Dentistry training. He is the director of clinical research and development at the Glidewell International Technology Center, where he is involved in the advancement of guided implant surgery through an all-digital workflow. Learning didn’t stop after graduating from dental school, Dr. Moody knew that incorporating dental implants into his practice was the right thing to do for his patients. He attended the prestigious Misch International Implant Institute where he was awarded a fellowship and mastership. Once a month for a year he flew to Atlanta Georgia to attend the AAID maxi-course residency at the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Farran has received wide-range recognition, such as being named Alumni of the Year by the University of Missouri in 1997, Arizona Public Health Dentist of the Year Award in 1995 by the Arizona Office of Dental Health, and the Arizona Award in 1989 from the Arizona State Dental Association for outstanding contributions made to the profession of dentistry efforts to fluoridate the water of Phoenix.
Dr. Farran is the founder and publisher of Dentaltown Magazine, which is mailed to more than 120,000 dentists in 43 countries each month. Dr. Farran is also the founder Hygienetown.com, Orthotown.com and the flagship site, Dentaltown.com where more than 140,000 registered dental professionals share information with each other on a daily basis!
Dr. Farran is the author of several dental practice management articles and multiple video series. His experience ranges from all aspects of practice management, including business planning, operations and finance, to e-commerce business and Internet marketing.
Bruce B. Baird, DDS has been named one of the nation’s most productive dentists. Comprehensive treatment planning, and full-mouth restorative care set him apart in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area.
