Implant selection and positioning can be confidently addressed with thorough, prosthetically driven treatment planning. The appropriate size and spacing of dental implants in the posterior is determined by carefully assessing the anatomy of the ridge, the restorative space available, and the long-term needs of the patient.

The edentulous span must be evaluated to identify the appropriate implant size for each site. First, the mesial-distal distance between the teeth adjacent to the edentulous space is measured. Then, the implant sizes are determined, allowing for 1.5 mm of space between the shoulder of each implant and the neighboring tooth, and 3 mm between adjacent implants. Buccolingually, allow for 1–2 mm of bone on each side of the implant.

Precision One Medical was established in late 2009 and is headquartered in Oceanside California in a 30,000 square foot facility. Each member of the ownership team has been involved in the dental and medical manufacturing sectors for over twenty years. The experience levels in these areas don’t end at ownership. The Manufacturing and Quality teams have equally substantial experience in medical manufacturing methods and systems.

The approach to the manufacturing strategy is to provide our customers with a partner to meet their demand needs. Precision One Medical applied lean manufacturing principles within the operation from the company’s origin. We work with the customer to understand the requirements and build the system capacity to fit those needs. This assures on-time delivery, exceptional quality, and the ability to make demand adjustments as changes occur within the customer forecast. Our emphasis is on establishing long-term agreements to solidify a stable financial foundation by creating price stratification for the product base. This eliminates price standard variances based on demand fluctuations and the expense of having the customer purchasing group generate and analyze quotes and purchase orders.

Zoll-Dental was founded in 1990 when our president, Karl Zoll, left his position as the director of research and development at the largest US manufacturer of dental instruments. After almost two years of development, the Zoll-Dental line was born. Working on the strength of our designs (such as our Featherweight® handles) and our commitment to our customers, Zoll-Dental has built a strong following, one practice at a time.

Zoll-Dental chose to develop relationships with individual practitioners. By selling directly, Zoll-Dental can offer a greater variety of instrument patterns, in a larger variety of handle styles. Selling directly also offers us the opportunity of working with the practitioners in order to help them find the best instruments for their individual needs, rather than merely trying to sell them the best-selling patterns based on market trends.

Zoll-Dental is also able to offer a full service center for all of your instrument-repair needs. If your practice's instruments need retipping or resharpening, Zoll-Dental will provide you with highest-quality service. From Prophy on up to Oral Surgery, Zoll-Dental has you covered.

As a small, family-run business, Zoll-Dental strives to combine the wide selection of a large company with the personal attention to detail that only a small business can offer. When you call Zoll-Dental, you can easily reach a member of the Zoll family. If you have a technical question, or even if you just want to say hello, we are always available to speak to you.

INDICATION: KOVANAZE is indicated for regional anesthesia when performing a restorative procedure on Teeth 4-13 and A-J in adults and children who weigh 40 kg or more. Patients may not experience the same sensations of numbness or tingling of the lips and cheeks associated with injectable anesthetics.

Kovanaze provides regional anesthesia with 96% efficacy in teeth #5-12, 64% in #4 and #13*, therefore Kovanaze offers a needle-free alternative to the majority of anterior maxillary injections. Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs)Kovanaze® is comprised of two well-known and well-established pharmaceuticals administered as a nasal spray. Tetracaine hydrochloride, the active pharmaceutical, is an ester local anesthetic that blocks sodium ion channels required for the initiation and conduction of neuronal impulses. Oxymetazoline hydrochloride is a sympathomimetic that exerts its local decongestant effects in the nose by stimulating adrenergic receptors, thus eliciting vasoconstriction of dilated arterioles and reducing nasal blood flow.

As a 3rd generation dentist practicing in his home town of East Aurora for 29 years, Dr. Westermeier is recognized as a leading cosmetic and restorative dentist by both the community and his peers. Extensive training in the very best modern dentistry has to offer, has enabled Dr. Westermeier to enjoy a great reputation and a successful practice in a fabulous new facility which you must see to believe.

Scott Westermeier and Maria Miecyjak have a plan to change the world of dentistry, better serve patients and improve your profits the simplest way possible.

When done efficiently and effectively, dental implants can be the most profitable part of your dental business. But, how do you increase implant patients?

“We had all of this knowledge and ability, we just didn’t have enough people asking for the service,” recalls Scott. “We stumbled through this idea of hosting seminars, did some things well and some things not-so-well, but eventually we realized we were on to something.”

It was that realization that led to the creation of the Ultimate Seminar Blueprint. This step-by-step blueprint has been proven time and again to bring in $50,000 to $100,000 new business each time it is implemented.

“Think of it like a cake recipe,” says Maria. “Without a recipe, you’ll eventually figure out how to make a cake, but by following a recipe you are guaranteed success the first time.”

The Teeth Tomorrow® Network for Advanced Implant Dentists is the first and only organized implant franchise network with the sole focus of delivering a screw-retained, full arch zirconia bridge as a final product. Its Network member practices are committed to this life-changing procedure and membership is limited to 250 exclusive practice territories.  The Teeth Tomorrow® protocol is based on proven clinical and marketing techniques developed by Dr. Michael Tischler, one of the world’s leading authorities on full-arch restorations.

Network doctors utilize the established Teeth Tomorrow® clinical, laboratory and marketing protocols; working together to share knowledge and further the success of the Teeth Tomorrow® brand while setting the gold standard as top dental practices for full arch restoration.  The network enables members to expand their advanced prosthetic and restorative practice through success-proven protocols, inclusive doctor/staff training, an exclusive market within a designated territory.  Network member practices receive customized national marketing, advertising, public relations, and administrative support on an on-going basis from The Teeth Tomorrow® professional team.  Network membership is only available to carefully selected Advanced Implant Dentists.

Michael received a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the Georgetown University School of Dentistry in Washington, D.C., before joining Tischler Dental in 1989. Dr. Tischler brings dental implant, bone grafting and gum surgery experience to the dental practice, in addition to prosthetic and cosmetic makeover dental procedures. Dr. Tischler lectures throughout the country to his colleagues and has had many articles published on the principles of implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, and bone grafting in major dental journals.
